Dave’s of Milton

Sunday, April 15th, 2012

Last night I performed at Dave’s of Milton as part of their comedy night. They do this every Saturday at 8pm.  Mary who runs Dave’s runs it right and is a great host, if you are in Milton you really should stop by for a bite to eat or a drink.

Last night I was opening for Todd Sawyer who is an amazing stand up comic and writer.  The last time I worked with Todd was probably 10 years ago when I first started performing in casinos, so I was very excited to work with him last night.  Next weekend (4/20 – 21) he’s performing at the Tacoma Comedy Club so you still have a chance to catch him: http://tacomacomedyclub.com/show.cfm?id=138527

Lately he’s been doing a lot of writing for the Huffington Post: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/todd-sawyer

Recently I performed at a fundraising carnival at a preschool.  These are always fun shows and have great crowds!

“Thank You, Thank You Louie Foxx for making our Carnival a HUGE success! Everyone is talking about your show here at St. John’s Preschool :) ” -Shery Honn Vincent

One of the things that makes these shows fun is the carnival atmosphere!

Tonight I’ll be doing my Hand Shadow act which is a lot of fun if you haven’t seen me do it.  If you get a chance to come out say hi to me after the show!

Off Tour!

Wednesday, April 4th, 2012

I’m home now after four days on tour in Oregon.  I performed in four variety shows and taught one magic workshop and did a ton of driving!  I was a last minute fill in on the Curious Comedy Tour.   One of the normal performers had an emergency come up.

The show I was in made it in all the major newspapers in the areas we were performing in and the show even was featured on the On The Town segment of the news on KEZI Channel 9 in Eugene, Oregon!

The tour was a ton of fun, but it’s good to be home!
