Seattle Magic Shows

I recently added shows in Walla Walla, WA and Dayton, WA on June 19th.  These are both Summer Reading Program shows the libraries in those cities, for more details on them visit my calendar at: http://www.louiefoxx.com/calendar.php

Apparently last night I was on TV in Spain.  It was a video clip of me breaking a world record that was shown on the show Otra Movida on the Neox / Antena3 networks.  Unfortunately my lack of Spanish speaking skills (even with google translate) are making it hard to track down a video clip!

Yesterday I performed at a Convention in Blaine Washington.  It was  a ton of fun and during my hand shadow act some took a few picture and amazingly they turned out to show the shadows!

Normally they don’t turn out in pictures very well due to either low light or a flash making them disappear or distort.

There are three shows that day 3:00pm, 7:30pm and 10:30pm.   The earlier two shows are family friendly and the 10:30pm show is ages 18 and up.

Tonight I’m performing at the Can Can Cabaret in Seattle’s Historic Pike Place Market.

In this show will be Flair Entertainment, Moth Entertainment, Mosai Studios and me.  I’ve worked with Tabitha and Cathy from Flair before at First Night Tacoma and the Tacoma Maritime Fest and they are a lot of fun and worth checking out!

This will be my second time performing at the Can Can Cabaret, or my third if you count doing a show there about 7 or 8 years ago when it was called Patty Summer’s (jazz club).

I’ve recently added the Akin Center Theatre (ACT) to my schedule on May 19th, 2012!  This show is a family friendly show for all ages!

This month I have a ton of  shows that you can come out and see me at!  For three shows this month and two next month I’m performing as part of the Moisture Festival which is the largest variety arts festival in the world!  You can also see me working with Flair Entertainment at the Can Can in Seattle on March 22nd.

Then at the end of this month I’ll be part of the Curious Comedy Tour with Matt Baker performing  from March 29th to April 1st!  If you are in Oregon this will be an amazing show!

It’s been a while since I have offered a Magic Workshop for spring break camps for kids, however this year I’m bringing it back!  This magic workshop is for school aged kids and runs 60 minutes.  The workshop is 100% self contained and comes to you all you do is provide a space for the workshop to take place in and kids!

All of the amazing magic tricks taught to the kids in the Magic Workshop use things that the kids would have around the house, like a pen, coin or paper bag.   So they won’t need to have any special props and I provide all the necessary supplies!

This workshop would make a great addition for child care centers, community centers, libraries, etc this spring!  To schedule the Magic Workshop simply give me a call at 206-669-3928.

Later this month the Moisture Festival will be taking place in Seattle.  The Moisture Festival is the largest variety arts festivals in the world and this year I’ve been invited to perform as part of the festival!
