Seattle Magic Shows

I just scheduled a performance on March 27th, 2009 at the Pacific Northwest Juggling Festival in Corvallis OR.  The show is at 7:30 and is FREE!  If you are in the area it will be a fun show to be in!

I’m booked to be doing my bullwhip act, and there are a lot of other great acts on the bill!

This summer the theme for my magic shows this summer is Magic Around the World.  In addition to the magic, comedy and audience particiaption this summer’s show will feature tricks using props from around the world, and will teach kids the orgins of many of the things we use every day!

Lately I’ve been doing magic shows for a lot of groups where the kids have seen me for the last 5 or 6 years in a row.  It’s nice to see the kids “grow up” and what they remember from previous years.   

Due to a lot of kids asking me about my rabbit puppet named Henry who hasn’t been in the show for about three years.  As a result of  these kids remembering him, I’m might be brining him back this summer!!

One of the skills I’m working on learning right now to add to my magic shows is ventriloquism.  I don’t know when it’ll be ready to be put into my shows, but me and Teddy (my puppet) are working on an act right now…and learning to talk with without moving my lips!

Teddy (pictured above) will probably end up in the show that I do for fairs and festivals in 2010.
