I’ve been in Walla Walla for the last two days performing my Oceans Of Magic show at the Walla Walla Library. It’s been a fun time!
While I was killing time between shows yesterday I walked by the Sleight of Hand Cellar’s tasting room. Their labels are inspired by vintage magic posters. Unfortunately they were closed, however I sent the winemaker an email and he arranged a tasting for after my last show of the day.

Trey (the wine maker) told me that when he got me email he “had to come in because the guy’s a professional magician”. Trey makes amazing wine, you can visit the Sleight of Hand Cellars at http://www.sofhcellars.com.
While in town I also visited the Inland Octopus, which is a toy store in downtown Walla Walla. This is a cool toy store, and I was amazing that they have a large magic trick section!
Tomorrow (6/24) I’m back at home in the Seattle area and you can catch me at 10:30 at the Kingsgate Library in Kirkland or at 2pm at the Snoqualmie Library.

Last week I did part of my magic and variety show at Kenyon Hall one of the last remaining Vaudeville Houses left on the west coast.
One of the highlights of the show this summer is my “disappearing kid” trick where my daughter Ella disappears.

Here’s a picture that I found of me doing a show at Giggles Comedy Club in April doing my Tape Head act.

This is something I do in the shows that I do in comedy clubs and casinos.

I just added the Tacoma Maritime Fest to my schedule this summer.
It runs from 8/28-8/29 and I’ll be doing “street style” shows. Basically they have areas that aren’t formal stages where I’ll be building a crowd and performing. This is something that I used to do a long time ago when I was first starting out and I try to do one or two street shows a year to make sure I still have my “chops”!

I just got an email from someone mentioning that in the Parent Map magazine I’m listed as one of the featured events on their activity calendar. I think it’s for the Lacy In Tune: Children’s Entertainment Series. I imagine over the next couple of months my name will be popping up a lot on their calendar.

I just updated my schedule of public shows with my tour schedule this summer. To see where you can catch my show this summer click here!
Pretty much this summer I’ll be driving all over Washington State, so odds are I’ll be somewhere near you!
My summer season kicks off on June 1st, 2010 I’ll be performing at Egan’s Ballard Jam House. The first Tuesday of the month they have a magic show called That’s Impossible. Egan’s is a cool little music club (seats 43 people) in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. I’ll be doing two shows a 7 and 9 pm, and admission is $10.

Earlier today I scheduled a show for the Renton River Days on 7/23/10 at 3:15pm.
I did this festival two years ago, but my schedule didn’t allow me to do it last year. I’m excited to be back!

A lot of people don’t know this but every year there are a ton of magic conventions that happen across the USA. I was just invited to teach and perform at one this spring:
